[ Control Center ] v3.2 / Remote Viewlog v14.1 backup video to play show EZViewlog500.exe System Error - 20150129

Issue:
Control Center v3.2 / Remote Viewlog v14.1 backup video. When user clicks to play video clip, it shows this error message
"The program can't start because sqllite.dll is missing from your computer.
Try re-installing the program to fix this problem."

Root of Cause:
It is bug that Remote Viewlog 14.1 in Control Center v3.2 does not export some necessary files

Procedure:
1. Download this patch
2. Close all GV-Application
3. Copy and paste it on default location (C:/Control Center).
4. Launch and backup video file again
