Introduction
When upgrading GV-Control Center V3.8.0 to GV-Control Center V4.2.0 ~ V4.2.1, different measures are required to apply older version settings to the new version. Follow the instructions below.

System settings and Matrix View settings

E-MAp Editor settings
  1. On GV-Control Center V3 E-Map Editor window, select File > Save to file….
  2. On GV-Control Center V4 E-Map Editor window, select File > Load from file… to import the exported file.
Note: With the exported GV-Control Center V3 system setting file, the E-Map Editor setting file, and the Matrix Inverter tool, this method is applicable either when upgrading to GV-Control Center V4 or when applying the settings to a fresh install of GV-Control Center V4.

Application Position settings
Currently, the Application Position settings cannot be directly exported / imported, so a manual setup on GV-Control Center V4 is required. See Chapter 8 Multi Monitors Applications in GV-Control Center User’s Manual V4 for details.

Note: All settings will be imported when upgrading from GV-Control Center V3 to the upcoming GV-Control Center V4 version (after V4.2.1).
