Questioin:
How do I get a list of people in the building when fire alarm occurs?

Answer:
1. ASManager >> Controller Setup >> Select door >> Advance Tag >> check " By Card - Global " in Anti-Passback

2. Go Setup >> Area to setup each door's region

3. Then go to controller's web UI >> Advance Setting >> Input Configuration >> Select Door Contact for that door

4. Then go to ASWeb UI >> Export Schedule

5. Add User List and Event Log

No need to type anyting. Just click " Save to Export Schedule " to create an User List.

Make sure you have filles in the email configuration, Frequency and export type.

6. After all, go back to ASManager >> Tool >> Notification Setting >> Press + button
- Event Type selects Event log
- Event Message selects Fire Alarm
- Device Group selects All groups
- Door selects All doors

7. Then check " Send Report " >> click the button right next to this option. Check the following.
- User List
- Event Log

8. Please also remember to setup the email configuration in ASManager. Tools >> Email Server Setup..

9. After all, once the fire is on, the user list will be sent to you. This is the email sample of what it looks like.
