Symptom
A firmware upgrade failure occurs when attempting to upgrade GV-LPR Cameras of V1.00 ~ 1.04 to firmware V1.09 or later.

Upgrading GV-LPR Cam 5R / LPC1100 / LPC2210
To upgrade the above models from V1.00~1.04 to V1.09 or later, the firmware is required to upgrade to V1.06 first.

1. Contact our Support team for the intermediate firmware V1.06.
2. Unzip and install firmware V1.06 into the LPR camera using the Web interface or IP Device Utility.
3. Upgrade the LPR camera again with the latest firmware from our website.
