[ ERM ] Unable to connect with UA-HD DVR and UA-SNVR, Unknown Error.(10038) - 20220810

Issue:
UA-HD DVR and UA-SNVR are unable to connect to Edge Recording Manager and Control Center if the "UA-XXXX" (UA-XVR/XVL/SNVR) tag is removed from the device name. Camera live view will show "Unknown Error.(10038)" or "Unable to connect(2)".

Solution:
This is a known issue that will be fixed in the next firmware version of the UA-HD DVR and UA-SNVR.
In the meantime, please keep the "UA-XXXX" (UA-XVR/XVL/SNVR) tag in the device name.
