[Technical Notice] Failed to Access Live view and Playback

Symptom
Users cannot remotely access the live view and playback from UA-SNVR or UA-DVR, using PC-based software (e.g. GV-Edge Recording Manager, GV-Control Center) or mobile app (GV-Eye).

Solution
When the abovementioned problem occurs, check the following conditions:
  • Check to see if the UA-SNVR or UA-DVR is displayed on the playback screen. If so, switch to the live view screen.
  • Check to see if the UA-SNVR or UA-DVR has reached its connection limit. The number of Live View and Playback connections supported when connecting to UA-SNVR or UA-DVR through PC-based software or mobile app is as follows.
