Why windows is showing a different monitor ID than the ID shown in the Control Center software?

This is a known issue with Windows 7 and above where it is possible for windows to provide a different monitor ID information to the software.
Also, the ID order does not change even after windows restart.
This is a known issue for windows but does not occur to all users or setup.
