Issue:
Not able to connect to VMS using QR code generated?
Cause:
Users often enabled the Mobile Service but missed out to tick the Enable for the QR code.
Solution:
1. Check and make sure the QR code enable option is ticked as shown below in red square.
2. Making sure firewall and router have been configured to allow outbound TCP port 443
which is used to connect to GeoVision's relay server. Port can also be changed as
shown below in blue square.
