How do I recover or reset my DSS log-in ID/PW if I didn't set up a recovery email address?
Answer & Procedure:
1. Stop the DSS service first (It's located in the Windows Taskbar, at the bottom right corner of your computer screen)
2. Uninstall the DSS program via Control Panel

3. C:\Program Files (x86) => Delete the folder named "iDSS"

4. Reinstall DSS software
