Issue:
1. Can not zoom-in with PTZ panel on SNVR0812
2. Fps of the camera will reverts to 2 when attached the camera to SNVR0812. Even though customer reset it on SNVR0812 it still occurs when customer close and reopen the live view

Please install SNVR0812 F/W v1.18 below.
