GV-DVR/NVR V 8.9.1.3 Patch information.
New:
1. Support user interface option to enable/disable "Network Congestion Message" in IP device setup window.
Fixed:
1. DVR/NVR fails to read ONVIF camera video attribute and sync the incorrect value back to IP camera.
2. DVR/NVR is unable to provide stream 1 when remotely accessed.
3. Unable to remove privacy mask even when user account has permission for removable mask while AuthServer is used.
