VMS v17.4/v18.2 will have Unknown Disk when mouse stay on the HDD.

1. If you use not local HDD e.g., iSCSI or Network disk, please update to VMS v17.4.1/v18.2.1 or above.
2. If you use local HDD, please check your HDD health status first such as using HD Tune or CrystalDiskInfo..etc.
a. If the result of HDD health check is bad, please replace the defective HDD.
b. However, if the result of HDD health check is OK, please update to VMS v17.4.1/v18.2.1 or above.
