Symptom
A firmware upgrade failure occurs when attempting to upgrade GV-IP Cameras of V1.04 or earlier to firmware V1.06 or later.
Solution
To upgrade the above models from V1.04 or earlier to V1.06 or later, the firmware is required to upgrade to V1.05 first.
1. Obtain firmware V1.05 from our support team (support@geovision.com.tw).
2. Unzip and install firmware V1.05 into the camera using the Web interface or IP Device Utility.
3. Upgrade the camera again with the latest firmware from our website.
