What can I do if I forgot the password of SNVR?
Answer:
If you have configured your mail server in advanced, please click “Do you forget your password?” on the login page to retrieve your login ID/PW. If you are not able to retrieve it through email, please follow the steps below to reset the password.

For devices equipped with Load Default button:
Please press the Load Default button on the device for 15 seconds to load factory default.
For example:
SNVR0411

For devices without Load Default button:
SNVR1611: Right click the mouse for 5 times when GeoVision logo appears after start up.
SNVR0412/0812: Please provide TeamViewer 12 connection of the PC that can connect to SNVR via LAN.
