The NVR/DVR shows the error message "Can’t play back the audio stream; no audio hardware is available, or the hardware is no responding” upon starting ViewLog as the screenshot below.

Root Cause:
It’s actually a regular reminder that indicates no audio output device is detected or the PC setup doesn’t support audio. NVR/DVR sends the reminder just in case that users don’t know the reason when the audio stream of footages is not hearable.
Solution:
1.Please click OK and go on using ViewLog for viewing footages without playing the audio stream.
2.If the audio stream needs to be heard, you may manually install audio output devices to the PC, such as headphone, speaker.. etc.
