The CR1320 / CS1320 is unable to work with the 3rd party SIP phone or system.
Solution:
Please refer to the steps below to solve your issue. If you need any further assistance from us, please be aware that a service fee may be charged.
a. Check up the newest F/W version on Official Download Page of GV-CR1320 / CS1320 and make sure the F/W version of the GV-CR1320 / CS1320 is the newest.
b. Follow the instruction to test if the CR1320 / CS1320 with the newest F/W is able to work with our simulated SIP Server and SIP Phone.
c. If the test result is OK and you need GV-Technician for troubleshooting the compatibility between GV-CR1320 / CS1320, the 3rd party SIP phone and SIP system, a service fee may be charged.
