Symptom
The GeoVision logo is missing from the Web interface of GV-VD8700 and a redundant Notification tab appears in the Face Recognition settings of GV-VD8700.

The abovementioned symptoms are due to the GV-VD8700 being upgraded to the latest firmware directly from V1.01 or earlier without being upgraded to V1.02 first. To resolve, follow the steps below.
- Download firmware V1.02 from here.
- Install firmware V1.02 into the camera using the Web interface or GV-IP Device Utility.
- After upgrading to firmware V1.02, the GeoVision logo is restored and the redundant Notification tab within the Face Recognition settings is removed from the Web interface of GV-VD8700.
