[Technical Notice] Delayed and Unsmooth Live Image on Windows 7

Symptom
When the live view of any of the models listed above is playing with a bit rate setting under 1 Mbps, on GV-VMS and GV-Control Center installed on Windows 7, the video may sometimes appear delayed and unsmooth.

Solution
To resolve the abovementioned symptom, follow the steps below.

1. Close GV-VMS or GV-Control Center.
2. Download and unzip the following patch files:
   GV-VMS V17.3.0.4 Patch
   http://54.200.75.24/english/EncodeUrl3. ... .3.0.4.zip
   GV-Control Center V3.6.0.2 Patch
   http://54.200.75.24/english/EncodeUrl3. ... .6.0.2.zip
3. Double-click GV-VMS_V17.3.0.4.exe or GV-ControlCenter_V3.6.0.2.exe.
4. If the patch file is successfully installed, “Updated successfully.” will appear.
5. Restart GV-VMS or GV-Control Center.
