Release Date: 03/27/2019

Applied to
GV-Control Center on Windows 10

Symptom
Occurrence of screen flashing on one or more of the monitors when set as Scan Window on the Video Wall of GV-Control Center on Windows 10.

Cause
Due to the manner in which Windows 10 is allocated, a misalignment occurs whenever two or more monitors are connected to the system, as illustrated below. This results in images being cross-displayed among separate monitors, and ultimately decoded by separate graphics cards simultaneously.

Note: The alignment issue has not been encountered on any Windows system other than Windows 10, which may be resolved by repositioning of the monitors manually under Windows display settings.

Recommendation
To prevent or resolve the abovementioned symptom of screen flashing, it is highly recommended to use 1 Intel graphics card as the initial graphics card combined with only NVIDIA graphics cards as the additional ones.

Note: When installing additional graphics cards, it is recommended to use graphics cards of the same model with identical versions of graphics card driver.
