The PTZ Sequence of SD2301 v1.0 can’t finish in NVR v8.8 and web interface.
Root Cause:
The RTC component of the motor board in charge of counting Dwell Time of Sequence has been compromised hypothetically.
Since other features without timing such as Tour can still run well in both NVR v8.8 and web interface.
Furthermore, after it was replaced with a new motor board, the sequence can been performed flawlessly.
As per the discussion with the associated FAE, this case shall be considered a independent case.
Please refer to the newly-replaced motor board as the picture below.
