Summary
Live images on your video wall may lag when the graphic cards used are of different brands, models and/or driver versions. The images are smoothest when the graphic cards are of the same brand, model and driver version.

Solution
For smoother live images on your video wall, perform the following:
  1. Check the brand, model and driver version of your graphic cards.
    1. On your computer desktop, right-click My Computer icon and select Properties. The System Properties window appears.

  2. Check the live images on the video wall. If the smoothness has not improved, proceed to the next step.
  3. Disable the DirectDraw function on your GV-Control Center server. On the GV-Control Center’s main window, click the Configure button and select the Video Wall tab. Disable the Enable DirectDraw option.
