Symptom
After you clicked on the Load Default button on the Video Server configuration interface, the factory default settings may not be restored. In this case, the Ready LED was not on and you could not log in the video server.

Solution
To solve this problem, please use the Load Default and Reset buttons on the video server to restore factory default settings.
- Press and then release the Reset button.
- Press and hold the Load Default button until the 3 LED lights are on.
- Release the Load Default button. Wait until the Disk LED is off and Ready LED is on. Now you have successfully returned to the default settings.
