Symptom
After upgrading GV-DVR / NVR/GV-NVR to version 8.3.1, the Event List Query of WebCam Server may no longer be functional. The Web page of Event List Query is stuck in the installation screen of Single Player.
Cause
This happens if you installed Single Player or accessed the Event List Query of WebCam Server in version 8.3. The incompatibility issue between Single Player V8.3 and Single Player V8.3.1 causes the problem here.
Solution
Go to Local Disk (C) > Program Files > GeoOCX, and delete the SinglePlayerOCX folder.
