Applied to
GV-Control Center

Symptom
The Application Position window of the GV-Control Center displays incorrectly in Windows 8 or later versions of Windows. As in the picture below, the highlight monitors are misplaced.

Cause
The GV-Control Center retrieves its display settings from the Windows display settings. As a result, when the Windows display settings are changed manually or automatically, the Application Position window will be affected.

In the picture below, the Windows display settings of monitor 1 and 3 are bigger than monitor 4 and 2, resulting in their incorrectly display in the Application Position window.

Note: The monitor numbers in the Application Position window may vary from the Windows display settings due to technical issues in Windows. See the feedback of Windows specialized experts

Solution
To resolve the above-mentioned symptom, change the Windows display resolution to 100%. Take a 4 monitor display for example:
  1. Right-click your desktop and select Display Settings.
