Symptom
The third-party devices cannot connect with GV-DVR / NVR systems even when a GV-USB dongle is installed because certain GV-IP cameras use up additional license ports when connecting to GV-DVR / NVR systems.
Solution
To resolve the above-mentioned symptom, install the patch file listed below.
- Close GV-DVR / NVR.
- Download the patch file from
http://54.200.75.24/english/EncodeUrl.a ... .1.003.zip - Unzip the downloaded file.
- Double-click the program.

- If the patch file is successfully installed, “Updated successfully” will appear.

- Restart GV-DVR / NVR and connect to the third-party devices.
