Issue:
Access Log in ASWeb is not showing logs since 03 Apr. However, customer can still see logs in monitor section.
Root Cause:
This is a Microsoft bug, it will happen when user doesn't close the software for a long-time.
Solution:
1. Please turnoff ASManager and related software.
2. Run ASMiniService.exe in C:\Access Control\ASManager.
3. Restart ASManager
