[ LPR ] LPC1100_2210 v1.06, Daylight Saving, weekly function - 20180430

Issue:
Customer is not able to set up daylight saving by weekly as in v1.03&v1.04.

Solution:
Please refer to the attachment for the beta F/W v1.07_180420.
