[ VMS ] GV-VMS V16.11, Limited Playback Time feature - 20180306

Issue:
GV-VMS V16.11 playback limited time feature doesn't work correctly when limited time is set to more than 24 hours

Root Cause:
It's a software bug

Patch / Procedure ( GV-VMS_V16.12.0.109.exe ):
1. Close all GV-VMS related software
2. Apply GV-VMS Service Pack 2 if haven't applied it.

3. Apply this patch
GV-VMS_V16.12.0.109.exe
4. Restart VMS

* Patch is only for VMS v16.11
