Issue:
Cannot connect to Hacking Hi3518 through ONVIF protocol in NVR v8.74
Root Cause:
The device does not respond time format correctly. R&D allows NVR to ignore the error message and connect directly when there are similar situations.
Solution (GV-DVRNVR_V8.7.4.007.zip):
1. Disable remote service on GV-DVR / NVR.
2. Close GV-DVR / NVR.
3. Download the patch file from the attachment.
4. Unzip the downloaded file.
5. Double-click the GV-DVRNVR_V8.7.4.007 program.
6. If the patch file is successfully installed, “Updated successfully.” will appear.
7. Restart GV-DVR / NVR.
