[ DVR/NVR ] v8.74, audio not recording, Password local account Edit setting, NVR crash - 20180206

Issue:
1. NVR v8.74 crash when reading database, clicking on the UI (Local Account Setting).
2. Audio not recording in NVR v8.74

Root Cause:
NVR encounters .dll limitation issue, due to NVidiaHWCodec.dll, which is not included in pure NVR environment. The codec may be found when there are other GV-S/W had been installed.

Solution (GV-DVRNVR_V8.7.4.006.zip):
1. Disable remote service on GV-DVR / NVR.
2. Close GV-DVR / NVR.
3. Download the patch file from the attachment.
4. Unzip the downloaded file.
5. Double-click the GV-DVRNVR_V8.7.4.006 program.
6. If the patch file is successfully installed, “Updated successfully.” will appear.
7. Restart GV-DVR / NVR.
