[ VMS ] VMS v15.11.3, VMS v15.10.1, I/O trigger Email alert, no Email attachment - 20170930

Issue:
In VMS v15.11.3 or VMS v15.10.1

1. When first time open up VMS with motion I/O recording setup + I/O invoke to send alert, the previous two email will not have email attachment. Only the third email or later will have email attachment.
2. When first time open up VMS with RCT I/O recording setup + I/O invoke to send alert, no email attachment if no live view on that particular camera.

Root Cause:
Software bug

Patch / Procedure ( V15.11.3.001 or V15.10.1.001 ):

1. Please refer to the attachment, depend on which VMS you used.
2. Closed VMS software completely.
3. Unzip the file and double click exe file.

- GV-VMS_V15.10.1.001.exe or GV-VMS_V15.11.3.001.exe

4. Now turn on VMS again to test out the email attachment issue.
