Even update information stated the information is correct and successful, GV-Eye failed to display the image from the GV-Multicam V8.71
Root Cause:
The size of Max. Image is too big, meaning that the bandwidth is not enough for VMS to upload or GV-Eye to download.
Patch / Procedure:
Please go to GV-DVR/NVR>Network>WebCam Server>Video and switch the Max. Image size to Normal.
