Issue:
When using ASManager V4.4.3.0 together with MS SQL Database to perform backup operation, user gets error on “52.Backup table: FaceAccess -> Failed”.
Cause & Solution:
Indeed this error would come up with GV-ASManager V4.4.3.0. This particular error message will occur if user trying to backup database by selecting both Config and Logs at the same time. When both options are checked, the Backup Center will perform Config backup, however because of the error message occurred, it will NOT perform Logs backup. It is a known problem in GV-ASManager V4.4.3.0.
The solution is to backup either Config or Logs one at the time, as illustrated below:
Thus it would eliminate the appearance of the error message.
This problem has been fixed in the later version of ASManager.
