Issue:
Control Center v3.4 Remote viewlog Backup appears black with no video
Patch / Procedure (GV-Control Center V3.4.0.0.b_:
1. Exit Control Center and make sure all of the GV-Related programs are completed closed
2. Unzip the patch files
3. Copy and paste the unzipped files into the location below C:\Control Center
- BKViewlogFiles.ini
- VersionInfo_GV-Control Center V3.4.0.0.b_170109.ini
4. Run Control Center
Note: The patch is only applicable on v3.4
