Issue:
1. GV-CS1320 v1.1 -> ASManager v4.4 -> GV-Access v1.0 => ASManager GeoWebServer.exe stopped and an error message "Operation Error" shown on GV-Access while executing "Unlock Door"
2. We've tried to reproduce the issue at our end but got no luck. No message like "Operation Error" shown on GV ...
